Your session can be held live via Zoom, or you can choose a no-call option, where I send Reiki remotely and provide you with a personalised voice recording afterwards, sharing any intuitive guidance or reflections from your session. I'll contact you before your appointment to confirm which option you'd prefer and answer any questions you may have.
